INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove the sterile swab from the tube.
2. Thoroughly swab the folds around the anus with the cotton-tipped end.
3. Carefully place the swab into the tube without touching its edges.
4. Seal the tube tightly, sign with your name and surname, write down the date and time of collection.
5. Fill out the form from the packaging and include it in the shipment with the examination.
