The test can be conducted at any collection point in Poland according to the instructions included in the kit. The cost of the kit does not include the fee for sample collection, which needs to be arranged individually at the collection point.

The kit is available exclusively for patients with a current positive Western Blot test result.

What is the DualDur®, Coinfections, Western Blot testing package?

This package is the most advanced testing set for Lyme disease and coinfections available on the market. It includes:

DualDur® testing with coinfections - the most effective test available, allowing the diagnosis of Lyme disease and other tick-borne infections such as bartonellosis, babesiosis, anaplasmosis, and ehrlichiosis. Unlike standard tests that measure the body's immune response (antibody levels against Borrelia spirochetes using ELISA and Western Blot methods), DualDur® detects live spirochetes in the blood sample. The patented sample preparation ensures high sensitivity even with a low bacterial count in the body, allowing for better diagnosis.

The test was developed by an international team of scientists and involves examining the sample under a specially designed microscope with a high-resolution camera, using a unique AI module that identifies pathogens, reducing the risk of human error.

Coinfections - In addition to pathogens causing Lyme disease, specialized personnel detect bartonella, babesia, anaplasma, ehrlichia, and other potentially dangerous pathogens in the microscopic examination.

What does the DualDur®, Coinfections, Western Blot testing involve?

The test requires blood samples to be taken according to the instructions included with the kit (Note: collection cost is not included in the price). This can be done at any collection point nationwide. Then, the sample should be sent to the following address:

DualDur® test samples are examined in our specialized laboratory in Radomsko.
